Are you experiencing Windows 10 email issues since upgrade? Try this!

We’ve had reports that a select number of business clients are experiencing email issues since upgrading machines to Windows 10.

The problem has been found when Outlook is using both exchange and Imap/POP3 accounts,  The IMAP/POP3 account will receive, but not send.

Running the command  sfc /scannow as and administrator has been found to fix this issue.

Close Outlook.

In the search/cortana bar type CMD.

When the command prompt program is found, right-click and select Run As Administrator.

The command prompt will open

In the black command prompt, type: sfc /scannow and press enter

sfc-scan-now

When the scan has finished, try Outlook again.
